1.1 We sell handcrafted items made in small batches. Each item may vary slightly in color, shape, and design due to its handmade nature.

1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective once posted.
3.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3.2 All prices are listed in british pounds.
3.3 Payment must be made at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods listed at checkout.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, errors in pricing).
1. Changing Your Mind (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

After notifying me, you then have 14 more days to return the item(s).
2. Refunds
Once I receive the returned item (or proof of postage), I will issue a refund within 14 days.
Refunds include the original standard delivery cost (not upgrades such as express delivery).
3. Return Postage Costs
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for
return postage costs (unless I state otherwise).
If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, I will cover the cost of return postage.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The 14-day change of mind policy does not apply to:
Custom or personalised items
Perishable goods
Sealed items (such as hygiene products or earrings) once the seal has been broken
Digital products once downloaded or accessed (if you agreed to this before purchase)
5. Condition of Returned Items
Items returned due to a change of mind should be unused, in their original condition and
packaging where possible.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement
or refund.
Please contact me within a reasonable time with details or photographs so I can resolve the
issue promptly.
7. Legal Rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
